Our history

From radio repairs to pro audio

Established in 1973 by Shaik Jani, Standard Electronics began as a small repair shop specializing in radio servicing, with just one staff member. Built on a foundation of trust, quality workmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, the store quickly gained a reputation for reliable repairs and expert solutions.

Over the years, as technology advanced, so did Standard Electronics—expanding its services beyond repairs to become a full-fledged electronics retailer.

Now led by Shaik Rasheed, the second generation of this family business, Standard Electronics has grown into a well-established brand with multiple branches across Andhra Pradesh. While we have embraced modern advancements, our core values remain the same—offering top-quality electronics, expert repairs, and unmatched customer service.

In 2022, we opened our own manufacturing plant, making servo stabilisers and electronic items. In November 2024, we launched our own brand, ZX Pro, working with manufacturing partners in China.
